ERP APS MES project upgrading kick-off meeting

On April 18, 2022, UCC held the ERP + APS + MES project upgrading kick-off meeting in the conference room on the third floor of the office building. The general manager of the company and representatives of Finance, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Planning and other departments attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the general manager pointed out that ERP + APS + MES management system is a key project for the scale development of the company, especially in theautomobile harness manufacturing industry.In this transformation and upgrading, all departments should fully support the system construction, strive to collect and feed back information, and make an ERP + APS + MES system in line with the actual situation of the company in combination with the specific situation of the company. The upgrading of the information system should proceed from the overall situation, do a good job in the positioning of the information system and meet the strategic development needs of the company.
